Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 6, 2026

LodgingStack LLC ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information that you may provide to us. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you visit our website (the "Service") or engage our services.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information that you voluntarily provide to us, such as when you fill out a contact form, request a consultation, or subscribe to our services.

  • Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number, company name, and job title.
  • Usage Data: We may collect potentially non-personally identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, browser version, pages visited, and time spent on pages.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To provide, operate, and maintain our Service.
  • To communicate with you, including responding to your inquiries and providing updates about our services.
  • To improve and expand our Service, understanding how you use our website.
  • To comply with applicable legal obligations.

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

  • Service Providers: Third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf (e.g., hosting, analytics).
  • Legal Requirements: If required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

4. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our website sets no cookies of its own. The only cookies on it come from Google Analytics, which we use to understand how visitors find and use the site.

  • _ga distinguishes one visitor from another. It expires after 2 years.
  • _ga_VLP4BVTSWB keeps track of the current visit. It expires after 2 years.

Google Analytics is provided by Google Ireland Limited, and the data it collects may be processed by Google LLC in the United States. Advertising features are switched off.

If your browser is set to a European time zone, we ask before loading Google Analytics. Nothing is sent to Google and no cookies are set unless you choose Accept. If you choose Reject, Google Analytics stays off. We store your choice in your browser's local storage for 12 months, then ask again. You can change it at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page; withdrawing consent deletes the Google Analytics cookies.

For visitors in other time zones, Google Analytics loads when the page opens. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Contact form submissions are retained for up to 3 years unless you request deletion.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right to Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Right to Correction: Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
  • Right to Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions.
  • Right to Opt-Out: Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information (note: we do not sell personal information).

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the information below.

8. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). We do not sell your personal information. You may request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.

9. European Privacy Rights (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the General Data Protection Regulation gives you rights over your personal data, and requires us to tell you how and why we process it.

9.1 Controller

LodgingStack LLC is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. We can be reached at contact@lodgingstack.com. We have not appointed a representative in the Union or a data protection officer; neither is required at our current scale of processing.

9.2 Lawful basis

We rely on the following bases for processing:

  • Consent for anything you send us voluntarily, such as a contact form submission, and for analytics cookies (see section 5). You may withdraw consent at any time, which does not affect processing carried out before you withdrew it.
  • Performance of a contract where processing is necessary to provide the services you have engaged us for.
  • Legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving our website and responding to enquiries, where those interests are not overridden by your rights.
  • Legal obligation where we must retain records for tax, accounting or regulatory purposes.

9.3 Your rights

In addition to the rights listed in section 7, you have the right to restrict processing, the right to object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interests, the right to data portability in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects. We do not carry out such automated decision-making.

We respond to requests within one month, which may be extended by two further months for complex requests. There is no charge unless a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.

9.4 International transfers

LodgingStack LLC is established in the United States, so personal data you provide is transferred outside the European Economic Area. Our contact form is processed by Formspree, and our site is served by a content delivery network, both of which may process data in the United States. Where a transfer is not covered by an adequacy decision, it is made under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

9.5 Complaints

If you believe we have handled your personal data unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in the country where you live or work, or where you believe the infringement took place. We would appreciate the chance to address your concern first.
